Notes Migrator for Exchange™ provides an ideal solution for companies migrating from Notes to Microsoft Exchange. It converts users' mail, calendars, tasks, personal address books and stores them on users' new mailboxes on the Exchange server. It also migrates information stored in Notes local stores into personal stores used by Microsoft Outlook.

- Personal distribution lists are often used by managers and others to communicate with a group of employees. Preserving these lists and their associated nicknames means users do not have to manually re-enter them
- Local stores contain valuable corporate data. Users can reply to messages without making any edits to the address(es). Calendar and task data in archives is also migrated to Outlook personal stores
