Peter Dahl has been with Dow Chemical for the past 27 years. He is a 38 year veteran of Warehousing and Materials Management. Through the use of inventory usage analysis and Continuous Improvement, Dahl has reduced on-site inventory from $30 million to $13.5 million and reduced staff from 16 to 4, while increasing productivity fourfold.
